How do you get rid of

Caterpillars.

My lovely rosebush I discovered today is covered in baby caterpillars and some that are now atleast 15mm long and now starting to fatten up.

I thought the other day looking at my rose bush (in a pot) that something is starting to eat the leaves and now they really starting to munch, please help?
