Collecting Seeds from Jasmine

Hello there all! I wonder if you can help?

I have noticed that I have black buds on my Jasmine which I can only assume hold seeds!?!

I am moving and it is not practical for me to take my 2 jasmine with me and wondered if a kind person would let me know how to collect the seeds from my plant, and then what I should do with them next

Waiting in anticipation....
