    Ive got 2 of the same var of campanula and 1 different, 2 pink and 1 blue or purple I cant remember.

    Ive got a tbin strip of land going down the side of my steps about 8" and 1.5 meters long if I pop them in there how long does it take before it till hang over the wall (that is on the other side of the steps) Ill pop up a vid tomorrow.

    There is some alliums in there atm but need sometbing that I dont need to be tending to all thd time for weeds.

    Its such a uslezs bit of space, but I want it to look decent

      Im not sure. I know they are alpines so will add more grit. Ill get the labels of the pinky ones but the blue has no label :/

        Sounds like it might be Campanula carpatica. Comes in blue and white forms. It does spread pretty quickly, one plant will spread to a circle up to 18 inches, even 2 feet across in one season.
