Default seeds of echinacea 'arts pride'

Hi there,
my arts pride plant has now died. I have pulled off the heads and wondered if it was worth planting the seeds? Would they come true? I fell in love with the plant after seeing it at the Eden Project and swiftly bought 3 bare root plants, all of which slowly died - I'm gutted! Would love to have more of this plant so, would the seeds work? many thanks
Eden

Sadly Art's Pride is a sterile hybrid so your seeds are almost certainly not viable. Look closely at them, if they are live they will be fatter at the end which was attached to the seed head. A lot of the modern new colored ones are sterile too, shame really.

oh what a shame! The seeds look really 'empty' and I think they are pretty useless, many thanks for your reply!
