  • Where are my Raspberry canes?

    Hello,
I ordered some Raspberry canes in early October(Malling Minerva, Valentina & All Gold) from the internet, they are supposed to be delivered in November, I know November is not over yet.

I was wondering if anyone else has had Raspberry canes delivered yet this year?

    Regards, Dave

Have you asked the supplier? Are they bare root?
I've had potted raspberry canes a couple of weeks ago.

      Hello, thanks for replying,

they are all bare root, I have not contacted the supplier yet because November isn't over, I'm just getting a little impatient, I'm keen to get them planted.

I didn't mention the supplier name because I wasn't sure if that's allowed? But they are a well known seed supplier,

      Regards, Dave

AFAIK they're lifted when fully dormant. Maybe the mild weather is holding back the lifting.
No harm in asking the supplier when the anticipate delivery.

You are not going to believe what has just happened, they have just now been delivered! I shall have to try this again in the future when I'm waiting for something.

I'm going straight up the allotment to get them in,

Thanks for helpful advice, Regards, Dave
