Default Plum and pear tree help please

Hiya everyone, I have plum and pear trees only 2 years old andall with fruit on.
My problem is something is eating the leaves. They have tiny holes and brown marks on.
Should I be givingthem some sort of feed?

It's all part of nature and the circle of life. Unless the trees are losing leaves and dying back then I wouldn't worry.
