Default Pear problems

HI FOLKS

WE HAVE A PEAR TREE WHICH IN PAST YEARS HAS GIVEN US PLENTY OF FRUIT BUT THIS YEAR NOT MUCH AND THE LEAVES HAVE CURLED UP AROUND THE EDGES AND HAVE BLACK PATCHES ON THEM. ANY IDEAS WOTS GOING ON AND ANY POSSIBLE ACTION TO TAKE.

THANKS P.A.
