Looks normal to me.

It might help if you could put up a picture of the tree and tell us something about it - variety, age, rootstock and where you live.
I know nothing about fruit tree problems so can't answer your questions - sorry.Comment

Doesn't look like fireblight. Check for pictures on the internet. Wikipedia and the RHS have good entries on fireblight.
The white stuff on the trunk is probably just because there's insufficient sun and air getting to the tree where it's close to the support.Comment

The plant is a graft made in February.
It is in central Italy.
They white stuff is due to copper fungicide sprayed before.
According to my research it could be canker, don't know if it is due to neonectria galligena or bothryosphaera obtusa.
I treated yesterday with Tebuconazole, a systemic fungicide used to treat it.
I hope it is a natural desiccation because a canker on a young graft is a big problem.Attached FilesComment
