    hello all

please could i have some advice on my peach tree.

last year it didn't flower, i keep it in a pot and i kept it in the greenhouse all through the winter to keep the wet off it.
then i bought it out in early spring.
This year i have kept it outside all the time. Not sure if i should of kept it in the greenhouse as i am now worried about leaf curl. i notice that there are lot of buds on the tree will these be flowering bud or leaf.

should i keep the tree covered from the rain and will that stop leaf curl.
I would really like to see some fruit this year.
If the tree buds are flowers what should i do. leave the pot outside or move it into the greenhouse. any advice would be welcomed.

Back in the greenhouse with it. I think you're supposed to keep peaches dry until about the end of May, when it should be in full leaf, to prevent leaf curl. Leaf curl affects emerging leaves as they begin to grow, and needs a moist atmosphere and I think, coolish conditions. That may mean you have to hand pollinate any flowers if pollinating insects can't get into the greenhouse easily.

    Endless wonder.
