    Planted 4 seeds in the propagator and 3 have germinated, long way to go, but it's been 30 years since I last tried growing them, kina excited even if I don't like them much

    Nice one Burnie, I grow them every year some are successful and some are failures. Its just if we have a good or crap summer which determines how well they grow.

    Even in a glass house, not too sure if they'll do any good this far north though, I struggled getting one ripe in Leicestershire in the early '80's

    I am going to try a few varieties this year - two in the greenhouse and one outdoors.

    Saying that i need to get some space made in the propagator and get them sown

    Well your dong well, out of 2 packets of Melon Seeds, only 1 has germinated.

    I'm considering a grafted plant now, as I've spent the equivalent in price on those two packets of seed.
