I promised I'd report back on this as it's a new variety
I let my Lizzie plum produce a few fruit this year (first year) and they're just starting to ripen (supposed to be early july but weather won't have helped)
Even with all this rain and cloudyness they are very sweet, skin not as bitter as victoria and the flesh tastes just like pear drops!
Main problem I've had is the massive rainfall caused the fruits to swell quickly and split at the bottom then rot, but a few survived to the tasting stage
Other than that no problems so far
