Default any advice on my grape vines

can any one give me any advice on the grape vines that i have just got they are aurore and gargarin blue.they have started budding.i have one in my greenhouse and intend putting the other two in my polytunnel when i have finished building it!!!they are about 30cm tall.i stay in ayrshire in scotland so the weather is not always great.
what is the best type of soil for them
would they be better in large pots or the ground
whats the best thing to feed them and how often
any help on pruning in winter
i am sure i will have many more questions soon
