Good job you lot bought most of them otherwise I'd have at least 8 trees coming instead of 5....

The trees are in really good condition - healthy, & only 3 snapped (thin) branches on 5 trees. Question is, 3 are going to be cordons, should I prune now (haven't been pruned this winter by the look of it), or leave it & do a late summer prune..

Ones in FIL's garden are about 3m high and 4-5m wide and approx 20 years old. He has 2 and that provides more than all the kakki fruit you could ever want. (He has 2 kakki fruit/persimmons, 5-6 pomegranates, 4 fig trees, 15 olive trees, grapes, capers and all sorts of other lovelinesses, but really misses rhubarb. )

I loathe the fruit so didn't tell Himself the trees were on offer.
