Hi Estelle, think it probably was the fruit liquer which made it so nice! Did you leave the little seeds in (they tasted a bit bitter to me) or did you somehow get the 'jelly' off them?

i left the seeds in. i think jamie oliver probably intended me to use the passion fruits you buy in the shops but if nothing else i know the ones in my garden are not poisionous.

I hadn't thought about making a sorbet with them - mmmm... now there's an idea! I'm sure there plenty of things I could have done with mine this year if I'd put my mind to it!

Oh well... there's always next year

I've still some ripening on the plant but I don't know if the frost will get them before i can
