| I had some caterpillar trouble last year with my peas. and when I pulled them up, they all moved onto my rhubarb! I ended up with skeleton leaves on my rhubarb in the end - but it didn't seem to have much effect on the rhubarb. It still came up strong this year. My rhubarb was new last year with holey leaves and I just left it all (oh the temptation to eat the rhubarb was hard to resist). If I were you, I'd just leave it be - it might look a bit unsightly to leave the holey stems, but I'm sure your rhubarb will benefit if you leave it alone. That's just my opinion though ![]() |
