| Hi all, this may be a stupid question but I have a few strawberry plants in growbags and I was wondering once they finish fruiting do I cut them back and leave them in the growbags over winter or do I re-pot them into fresh compost ![]() |

| You could do either, but the better way would be to pot them up in fresh compost. Have they made any runners yet? If so you can pot them up as soon as they are big enough (whilst they are still attached to the parent plant) then when they have rooted, just cut them free and you have another lovely plant for next year |
