    Vegetable Bed collapse..

    The wond and rain has been awful down here.
    My garden is sloping as we are partially on a hill and woke up this morning to find half my veggie patch has disappeared into next door's garden!! The area is reinforced with a concrete wall, but the fences on top of this section are concreted in with the wall. The wind has ripped up the fence, breaking the contrete and hey presto the lot is now in next doors!!

    Guess what I have been doing this morning (In the pouring rain, bright sunshine and howling wind)??

      Commiserations
      Our last house had a really steep back garden which had been badly terraced by some previous occupant - breeze block wall with no foundations We had some particularly bad weather and the bottom one collapsed! That took a LOT of sorting out!

      Hope you get yours reconstructed before spring.. Will it be covered on your house insurance?

        Gees......sorry to hear that, sounds pretty bad. I will have to wait till the weekend to find out what lies in store.......it's always dark when I'm around & I can't see a thing in the garden........Hope you get it sorted soon & like Sarz said, I hope its covered on your buildings insurance.
