| I'm growing potatoes in big containers and it will soon be time to harvest one of the containers. I know you shouldn't re-use the same compost for growing potatoes again, in order to avoid diseases building up, but is there anything else I should not use the compost for? I still need to re-pot various plants and use compost in the ground on the main vegetable patch, so is there any section that I shouldn't use it on? Or any section that it would be particularly useful to use it on? |

| I'd avoid tomatoes too - they are susceptible to the same diseases.
