  • Leylandii Trimmings in Compost

    Hi,

I trimmed our leylandii at the weekend and have lots of branches. If I cut these down will they be ok to put into our compost bin?

    Thanks,

    Jo

they'll take forever to rot down, shred them first or at least cut them small

      Shred and use on paths.

I've just been given a large garden bag, full of said shreddings. Which would be best, on the compost or used as a mulch? If mulch, is there a veggie that will appreciate it the most?
