Default Dalek???

Sorry but what is a dalek in relation to compost?? Quite new to all this, never heard of it till I got on this site(xcept Dr Who surely no cyber men yet?!!)

It is in reference to the standard compost bin as it is the same shape almost.

In fact there are people out there who have added domes on the side to make it look like one.

it means the type of compost bin. it looks like a dalek hence the name. they are plastic containers with lids
