Put it on flat ground.
You put all your garden plant rubbish in it, try to mix green stuff with woody stuff or torn up card board, news papers. (In layers) All your kitchen veg scraps etc, but not meat (encourages rats). keep doing that and as it rots down it will sink. ^ ^ ^ What Bill said, but don't try to dig the compost out of the pathetic little door. Lift the whole container - it's easy if you wiggle it back and forth a couple of times to loosen it.
