| It will be fine in the compost heap. I wouldn't use it fresh on growing plants though as it can burn them.

| thanks flummery its so i use it when well rotten for the strawberries raspberries and fruit bushes as ive bought loads of the compost mixed with horse manure this year, so adding manure to the compost bin bit at a time will give it to me ready mixed next year as only started making my own 2 1/2 weeks ago. we put about 15 teabags a day in it so in one year over 5500 teabags will have gone in thirsty work this compost, but im mixing greens and browns equally as where a family of five and teabags not my ownly greens. |
