Default Bokashi bin lid problem!

Has anyone had a problem with their bokashi bin lids not fitting? I got the bins last year and the lids were always tight-fitting but after a winter of not using them, I now can't get the lids anywhere near the bins! They are a good 5mm too small each way so are totally useless.

Hmm, any ideas what I can do to salvage? I'm gutted I spent so much on them just last year and now can't use them!

Strange, mine fit fine, stupid question but are you sure that you're using the right lids, a 5mm shrinkage seems very odd.

Yes, definitely the right lids. I suppose if I'd left the lids on all winter they would have been OK, but the lids were off. Really annoying though, I don't want to buy more if the same thing is going to happen again!
