A dodgy load of compost?

In March I got my first allotment! It was a bombsite, but it was my bombsite, so I set about it with gusto (no, hes not an Italian pal) I bought four old doors and made a compost area, piling in everything I dug up. Now, reading the mags, it appears I may have dropped a clanger. Among all the waste is a mountain of docks, mares tail and nettle roots. Can I ever use this? anyone any ideas?
