Weather still either cold hard frosts or pissing it down with rain. Never mind eh ?
Actually, at home, my garden is enclosed on two sides by a stone built wall 8ft high - came home yesterday to dicover a section of about 4 metres had collapsed into my garden, flattening a 4 year old Fennel plant, and a species Rhododendron that I got when I finished working at Dalcross Castle. Not happy - and still trying to find out who is responsible for the wall - us or neighbours or jointly, but think it'll be us
Anyway, crates arrived for box scheme so have been labelling them up, and have started to hand dig my herb bed (20m x 8m). So far have dug over about 16sq metres and have filled three barrows with stones. Never mind, keeps me out of mischief.
Been doing loads of house type stuff too as baby Rat is due in 17 days - picked up baby transporter today - one of those all in one interchangeable space age looking things with pneumatic tyres, caliper braking system etc - better than my bloody car !!
