..and I'm off work so spent lots of time weeding and hoeing and deadheading and cutting back what I could of the spreading plum tree (and a bit of bramble too.) As it didn't rain I also fed the potatoes with Tomorite. I thought it was still a bit damp to mow the grass but will do that later in the week if it doesn't rain again.
Anyway I'm so happy that spring really has sprung. I had to take my fleece off when working today and was still hot. I've left a message with a 'Mr Tipper' to phone me about collecting the old wardrobe doors. We'll be sitting out each evening now with a cup of tea and I don't want to see an eyesore on the patio. DH's last day at work today, I'll have some jobs for him, no worries!
