managed to get 2 blueberry plants and a raspberry plant from lidl for the grand total of £3. they were planted today by my lovely partner, along with 12 strawberry plants we bought.

my project today was to use our new compost bin which we aquired through the freecycle web site. i cleared some ground and cut up some mesh for the base and transferred some of the latest kitchen waste from our old bin to the new one.

going to plant new strawberry plants tomorrow after work. veg plot is starting to look bare now, have all year round lettuce under poly tunnel, carrots under micromesh, onion sets and seeds looking good. spinach looks like its giving up tho.

Little dog went to the vets and got booster. Yesterday he had a hair cut.

In the garden i changed my poly tunnel for a homemade micromesh tunnel for my carrots as they were getting too big for old tunnel.
