Polycarbonate greenhouse

My neighbour has replaced traditional glass greenhouse with one with lighter ploycarb glazed panels held in with normal wire clips.Anything other that a moderate wind blows the panels out and this week in the storms some have been dispersed to other local gardens! Any suggestions about more secure holdings for the panels ?
