I also planted some daffs in the two tubs i tired (emphasis on the tried!!) to grow onions in last year! I think i'm going to see how they come on this year and if they look nice i'll put them up to the entrance of the driveway!

Well.. I've put some little bellboy tops over my parsnips... they look cold!

I've planted some garlic in pots and put them in the growhouse - to be honest i'm not expecting much as it was just a garlic bulb i bought from the shops!!

I've also planted some strawberry seeds - f1 sirian (I think!) 20 seeds in all - my they are small!!! i've put them in some seedling compost in a propegator and into the growhouse.. again... not expecting much but we have a wee mild spell...

Tip for anyone who reads this....


Laminate wood floors, Heeled boots and Water fights are a BAD combination.

now excuse me whilst I go adjust my sling to make my arm a fraction less painful!

So i already have a blog elsewhere... that's my "life" blog" but i think I am going to use this as my "gardening life" blog! that way I can keep track of what i've done and what i need to do!

First things first.. I'm going to take some photos of my garden and put them up here so you know what I am talking about!

I think I will also take time on a sunday to list the things I want to get done in the next week and then check of what I have achieved!...
