Default Name that weed!!

When I was clearing the fit bit of my lottie yesterday, it seemed to be overrun with a weed that was both spread on the ground but also climbing up the hedge on the border, and anything else nearby. It had long stems, with short kind of spikey leaves and they were kind of sticky as well. Sorry, can't describe it any better than that. Any ideas on what it could be?
