Ive got a shed FREE!

Well scrounged and recycled. Putting the greenhouse on the end of the shed sounds like a brilliant idea. Just think, next year you'll be able to rustle up a bacon butty on a camping stove in the shed, nip on to the plot for a few leaves of lettuce and into the green house for the tomatoes. Fresh BLT yum yum.

Before I had an allotment I always liked a bargain but now I LOVE a freebie!! My shed was given to my lottie neighbour who didn't need it so gave it to me. Needed a little bit of TLC which my wonderful brother-in-law took care of so long as I made him a trifle. Deal done

Got my shed for free too, great isn't it! Have now got it fitted out with shelves and various hooks and it's fab.

only wish i COULD check out freecycle, I did apply about 2 weeks ago and am still waiting for the subscrption to be approved.

Freecycle is only as good as the mods and members. I get annoyed about the amount of greedy want posts we get but at least our mods are good round here. Send yours another e-mail to see how your applications is going, should be sorted within 48 hours if there isn't a problem.

Well, mine is North South on the long axis with a door into the shed on the Northern end!
Doesn't really matter that much as long as the shed doesn't cast a shadow over the greenhouse!
