Thanks to the help of my two year old granddaughter and her collection of plant tags I am not sure which of my corn are baby corns for stir fry or need to grow longer for sweet corn.
The ones I have been using as baby corn have a cluster of cobs at the base of the plant but now the other plants that the cobs are growing up the stem have produced cobs with pink tassels on. The Baby corn I grew last year had pink Tassels on. I have not grown corn before with all the cobs around the bottom of the plant like the ones with cream tassels. The corn I grew was golden nugget I Think or Sweet nugget it was a supersweet. I cant remember the name of the baby corn.
