Happened upon this little organic/wholefood store that stocks seed potatoes . They have emailed me a list of varieties and prices which look quite a bargain to me.

Hi. Sorry it took a while to reply. We will be stocking seed potatoes again in January the varieties are listed below. While we do not do a mail order service we would be happy to price how much delivery would be from the post office.
They should be £1.60 kg, (1.90 for pink fir apple) and we have shallots and onion seta too at £1.90 kg. Thanks Matt.
