Default Best weeks in August to have holiday and not miss all my veg?

Hi everybody, just have to have a break and am about to book 2 weeks in Portugal. Parents in law will house/budgies/allotment sit. I would prefer not to go, but that's not an option. SO - if we go 10-24 August what will have come to peak harvest time of the crops? I have tomatoes which are quite late, still only about 10 inches high; beans of all sorts which are just starting to flower plus others planted later which are tiny; cucumbers only a foot high or so (the plants, not the fruit. I know that my in laws will water and eat/freeze (hopefully) what they can, but I can't remember the time cycle for tomato crop harvest. Will I miss it all, or will I find that all will harvest as I return? As I might have planted everything a bit late will I be OK? I do hope so. Any comments appreciated - after this year I am definitely going to have the beach holiday at Christmas!
