Default £1 weeding tool - excellent!!!

Just had to pop a quick post on here. The other week I bought a cheap gardening tool for my 4 year old to use at the allotment, I think it was from the pound shop (or possibly Boyes). Today I weeded four 5m x 1.5m beds with it and it is the best tool I have!! Honestly! It's like a double sided hoe/fork. The hoe side is triangular shaped, and the fork side has three flat tines, but if you use it on its side it makes a great levelling tool too. I weeded between my sprouts, broccoli etc really easily with it too without damaging the plants.

Forgive me if everybody already has one of these and I'm looking silly because I've only just discovered it, but it was such a good tool I just wanted to share! I've had a look online to see if I can see anything similar to try and describe it and the best similar thing I can find is the first tool of these four (but on a short handle like a normal trowel):

I bought a tool that is for cleaning weeds out from between paving slabs, like the one on the right of your picture but again a short handled variety. I shapened it on the inside edge of the hook and I find I can get into the tightest of spaces cutting off weeds under the soil.

My OH laughs when I use the children's tools on the plot - but with their telescopic handles they're just the right height for a shortie like me (and they come in funky colours which always helps!)

When we got our lottie we bought tools from Wilko - just in case we got broken into. We didn't plan on them being brilliant as well!

The little spade is absolutely fab, and the £1 weeding tool is the best

We have older tools at home [old favourites] and a swoe - but at the lottie Wilko tools rule.

I use an L-shaped patio weeder, like the fourth tool in your link. It's really good. I have bad shoulders so can't use a hoe.

Bargain - I like the look of the one with the two sides. I might just try to grab it along with a paving weeder, potentially for next year. (I've started mulching this years). Would any of the 'high street' stores sell it, as well as Amazon? Thanks
