Hi all, I've finally managed to cut into my big pumpkin and not surprisingly there are lots of seeds which are huge. The pumpkin skin is quite thin and there is not a huge amount of flesh. So I figure this is probably a good pumpkin for carving.

We did try some roasted yesterday and were a bit disappointed.

PM me if you'd like some seeds. I'm trying to dry them as I go.
