Personally i wouldn't bother - unless you really don't like the aluminium look.
SW - I'm interested in how the powder coating helps keep it clean? I wouldn't have thought it made a difference to the ease of cleanliness, but i'm willing to be proven wrong! In terms of protection from the elements - all my greenhouse frame is aluminium, as are the bolts so nothing will rust in the weather anyway
