Borage, Dill/fennel grow quite large, and fennel is perennial, so maybe not on the wheel, as it can get huge.
One spoke large, one spoke small maybe? there are endless possibilities.
My herb bed is not so much planned as 'growed like topsy' which suits my approach, but I got half of a square bed planted last year, and will get more in soon.
