A good question Marion. Its been 12 degrees here today which is unbelievable. However, I am not convinced that we, in Shetland anyway, don't have a cold spell around the corner. Every March we get a week of snow, always around the 1 - 7 March. That I do know as its the Drama Festival and its a bloomin' nuisance trying to get in and out for rehearsals and the performance. I go everywhere with my sleeping bag. This winter IS definately warmer on average than last winter. We had a fill of oil this week for the central heating and normally that would be in the New Year (as we are always worried we'll run out over the holiday) so we are obviously not using as much as usual. But is it down to climate change ......... that's the big question.
