We've also had a few Capris and I've also had an MGBGT which some bloke very kindly wrote off for me - then I got "Henry". "Henry" is a Mark I MG Midget, 1964. The last owner spent £8,000 doing him up - I have all the reciepts and photos to prove it! Unfortunately, I havent used him for the last two summers (for one reason or another!) and so am looking to sell him as it's not fair having him shut away doing nothing. Aw well! if you know anyone who wants him.....................DDL |
Why on earth don't you use Henry? (Glad I am not the only one to name cars - my golf is called 'Flossie') - I had Flossie restored two years ago and was a bit precious about driving it in case it got stone chips or whatever. But then I decided if I didn't get out and enjoy the car what was the point in having it?!
