Hurray!

I made jam for the first time yesterday, and its worked!

I have 12 8oz jars of Victoria Plum jam on my kitchen counter ready to label up and store for Christmas

All I have to do now is make 10 apple pies and 10 plum crumbles for the freezer...

Its part of my dastardly Christmas plan...

Everyone is having home-mades for Christmas - jam, pies, crumbles, scones etc... then I won't have to go Christmas shopping!
