Has anyone tried cooking trout in newspaper?

Wrap the fish in newspaper....soak newspaper...pop in electric oven...when newspaper starts to brown, hey presto, fish is cooked (Disclaimer:-haven't tried it in a gas oven so I take no responsibility if you burn the house down!)

When you unwrap the newspaper it also takes the skin off the fish, leaving lovely succulent flesh! Ray Mears eat your heart out
