Amanda, Pak Choi planted early ddoes well . It's the bit in the middle that's rubbish.
The Pak Choi I planted mid March (Mei Quing Choi, Contong White) I was eating all through May.
Maybe you could keep a notebook for yourself of what to plant when. I do.
