This has to be my mum's fave dip!
Sweet Chilli Cream Cheese Dip

INGREDIANTS
250g of softened cream cheese
120g sour cream
125ml sweet chilli sauce ( we use the blue dragon one )
1/4 cup of fresh coriander
Beat the cream cheese, chilli sauce and sour cream together. Stir in chopped coriander.
Nice with toasted pitta strips, carrots, red peppers and celery!
