I' know he's put on about 10lb of muscle since last year, but it still showed how far he had yet to go.

I don't think Murray has the game yet for grass unlike Federer, the only way to beat Nadal is to get a high percentage of first serves in, keep him off his forehand, serve volley your own game, and no block returns on his serve, he just runs around them. Nadals strength is in his force, and he comes into his own when you start rallying, showing his clay roots. Where he does better than other clay players is his speed, grass courts are all about speed, speed of hand, and legs, he has this in abundance. I think it will be Nadals year, I think he's in better form than Federer.
He may have rallied hard in the third set, but I'd only watched up until the end of the second and his shoulders had dropped by that point, his body language told me he'd given up.

Nadal is more powerful granted, but Murray has to improve his movement around the court and skill at reading the game. Power isn't everything - Federer is a prime example. His skill at controlling the game/court is his greatest strength. It'll be tight between Federer and Nadal (should they both get through), they're both great all rounders, bit like Sampras was.
