You can buy jelly bags in various places, it's basically a piece of fine mesh stitched into a cone shape. You have to let the juice strain out overnight - there's no rushing it! I made some bramble and crab apple jelly last year, it was sublime. The apples help the set of the jam (maybe brambles are low on pectin?) but you can buy jam-making sugar which has added pectin in it instead.
