Eddie Grant was pretty cool too.

Massive Attack would struggle to be rubbish I say.
Yeah, watched Kings Of Leon and thought they were really good - their newest album is on shopping list

Hmmm, yes, I thought she was pretty dreadful too Apparently she's asked to headline next year...??!!

Partly I suspect, but also the long-winded registration process, the price of the tickets, and the atrocious weather in previous years.

I've been about half a dozen times and played (tiny) stages a couple of times & watched mates on bigger stages. Usually, when I don't go, I've missed it, but this year ? Mister Eavis is right though - it's for da kids. Jay Who ?

Thing is though, you could have well avoided JayZ by watching Massive Attack instead. Or seen somebody new & great on one of those aforementioned 'tiny stages'?
I think gigs in general are for 'da kids' but I'm quite happy to be 'the oldie' in the crowd, albeit at the edge

Didn't any grape actually go...too busy on your allotments?

I enjoyed a bit of Mano Chow (sp?)on telly. Used to be in a French band I liked.(mano negra)
Oooh yeah... Campervan... Trouble is, the tickets on their own cost the same as a week in a holiday cottage (We'd have to have 3 as our eldest is over 13), add the campervan hire & the extra cost for the caravan field and it's OH used to go with Ma & Pa when he was little, he really wants to go again, so I guess we'd better get saving!
