Afternoon All

Daft question but I'm sure I have only male flowers on my spaghetti squash and quite a substantial number on my pink banana squash. Can I confirm that the ones with just a stalk behind the flower are the male ones? Secondly, what do I do to get some fruit? Do I need to self pollinate and if so how?

Sounds like I'm asking about the birds and the bees of concurbits but I'm a bit stuck here so any help gratefully appreciated!
