All the houses in our road have fairly large gardens but it seems that parents don't want their own peace disturbed so they send their children out to the front of the house where they can annoy the neighbours.[/quote]
Oh, I know just what you mean. My neighbour's children are now old enough to go out with friends etc and we hardly ever see/hear them. Oh Bliss. We thought that this year we could enjoy some nice quiet evenings. But NO! We now have a completely new set of "young uns" from further along the road that choose to play football right out side our house even though there is a playing field at the end of the road!
