Hmmm, well if the neighbour was up enough to come out & give you a filthy look, I wouldn't worry too much. If they were giving you filthy looks out of the bedroom window, then perhaps that isn't so good?
I'd be P-ed off if our neighbour started mowing the lawn before 8am - my kids are finally old enough that I can have a bit of a lie-in at the weekend, and I think I deserve it after 14 years of getting up at the crack of dawn! No need to inflict it on other people, you could get the quiet, indoor jobs done first hey?
